- Login and Register on eAyso.com by clicking the link above.
- After logging in click on "Application" for a new or returning player (on the left side of the page under the heading "Apply for my children to play").
- Complete the registration forms online. (Region: 289)
- Note, you can't pay the registration fee online, you must come to one of our registration events below or mail payment to our address at the bottom of the page post marked by May 1st, 2010.
- Registration Fee is $75.00/player and $125.00 after May 1st, 2010.
- Print 2 copies of the "Player Form", sign & date, and write a check to: North Shore AYSO Region 289.
- Bring the application form and check to one of the registration dates listed below.
- Don't forget to bring your players birth certificate or a copy of it so we can confirm his/her age.

- Registrations received after 5/1/2010 will be considered LATE and player(s) will be placed on a STAND
BY/WAIT LIST.
- Placement for STAND BY/WAIT LIST player(s) is not guaranteed. Player(s) will be placed as space becomes
available. (First come first serve)
- Coaches are NOT authorized to accept player(s), On-Time or Late Registrations, without the Regional
Commissioner or Regional Registrar's approval.
Registration DOES NOT guarantee a player is placed on any team. Placement will depend on North Shore AYSO's
ability to create a complete team of players (with the amount of players that register), EACH TEAM MUST ALSO HAVE A
COMPLETE COACHING TEAM (Coaches, Referee's & Asst. Referee's) for each team. A team may be dissolved
or eliminated without an adequate, capable Coaching Team.
